CERAMITEC has introduced a line for crushing and preparing clays

CERAMITEC implemented a technological line for crushing and preparation of clays for ceramic production

The company CERAMITEC has experience in implementing technological lines for crushing and preparation of clays for ceramic production, designed for efficient processing of mineral raw materials and stabilization of technological processes at industrial enterprises.

The implemented engineering solutions are intended for working with kaolin and other types of clays supplied directly from the quarry and provide mechanical preparation of clay as a key stage of the subsequent technological process. The crushing line makes it possible to organize a modern process of clay processing for ceramic plants — from raw material intake to obtaining material with controlled particle size and stable characteristics.

Within the framework of the project implementation, a set of equipment for crushing and preparation of clay was introduced, which provides:
•    intake and primary processing of clay from the quarry;
•    removal and crushing of stone inclusions;
•    crushing of clay lumps up to 100 mm in size and smaller;
•    preparation of raw materials for subsequent stages of technological processing and batch formation.
The prepared clay is used as high-quality ceramic raw material for further processing, batch formation, or shipment by road and rail transport.

The implementation of this technological line is an important example of modernization of the initial stage of ceramic raw material preparation at Ukrainian industrial enterprises. The introduction of modern solutions for crushing clays directly from the quarry makes it possible to increase the efficiency of using local mineral raw materials, reduce losses, and stabilize material quality.
Such engineering solutions contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the ceramic industry, the introduction of modern standards for raw material processing, and the development of industrial engineering and equipment for ceramic production. By implementing such projects, CERAMITEC forms a sustainable technological infrastructure for the long-term development of the industry.
