Construction of a full-scale coal preparation plant

The equipment we manufacture enables implementation of a full processing cycle of raw materials to obtain a finished product

Ceramitec equipment makes it possible to build and commission a plant that independently performs the entire technological cycle — from receiving run-of-mine coal to producing high-quality concentrate ready for sale or further use.

We provide a full processing cycle. At the first stage, preliminary dry classification of run-of-mine coal is carried out on screens with simultaneous crushing of the coarse fraction. Then the crushed products undergo dry and wet classification on screens, spiral classifiers and hydrocyclones. If necessary, the material is sent for fine grinding in ball, rod or vertical mills.
Beneficiation is performed using gravity methods on equipment of various designs — spiral separators, dense-medium cyclones and separators, and jigging machines. If required, flotation beneficiation is applied, including direct and reverse flotation as well as froth separation. Final operations include pulp thickening, filtration, concentrate drying, and, in the presence of associated gold — cyanidation, desorption, roasting and electrolysis.

 

In addition to the main beneficiation equipment, we manufacture a full range of mining equipment: tunneling and longwall shearers, local and main mine ventilation fans, automated degassing units, roll, hammer and impact crushers, conveyor equipment, pumps, pipelines and modern automation systems.

Modular coal preparation plant — from raw material reception to concentrate shipment

Construction of a turnkey modular coal preparation plant covers the full technological cycle — from receiving run-of-mine coal to shipping finished product.
The plant is equipped with a universal raw material reception complex (conveyor, truck, rail, marine transport), open or covered storage, crushing equipment, preliminary classification and conveyor feed to beneficiation.
Then specialized beneficiation and dewatering modules are applied for all coal size classes: 13–250 mm, 1–13 mm, 0.1–1 mm and slimes 0–0.1 mm.
Modules for complete regeneration of circulating water, dewatering of tailings, drying of concentrate and fine classes in heat generators operating on own high-ash coal, and, if required, a briquetting module for fine concentrate are provided.
The cycle is completed by a modern storage and shipment complex for finished products to any type of transport.
As a result, you receive a fully ready-to-launch plant, assembled from large modules in minimum time with maximum operational efficiency.
