Shipment of equipment for the enrichment of feldspar

The last shipment of metal structures for the field raw material enrichment factory was performed. Our designers developed 3D models of structures and performed all strength calculations. For the complex overpass of the filter-press installation, a solution was applied to manufacture the design on bolted joints, which provided strength and at the same time reduced the metal consumption of the product. The frame for the installation of the rod mill was made taking into account the calculations of serious vibration and dynamic loads. The total mass of the product is 10 tons. The constructions are intended for installation of EU production equipment.
