CER-88 — The CER-88 is an industrial vibroplate manufactured by CERAMITEC and designed for efficient cleaning of bottom-discharge railway wagons from residual coal, anthracite, coke, ore, crushed stone, sand, and other bulk materials.
The equipment significantly reduces wagon preparation time for reloading, minimizes material losses, and increases the productivity of unloading facilities.

How the CER-88 Vibroplate Works

The vibroplate is lowered onto the railway wagon body and transfers directed vibration forces to the wagon structure.
Under the influence of vibration, residual material detaches from the walls and floor of the wagon and is completely discharged through the opened bottom hatches.
The technology is particularly effective for unloading:
