To prevent large carbonates from falling into the load, namely, for grinding them to a size that does not affect the quality of the surface of the finished product, KROCK 45 roller mills with a working gap of 0.8 mm and a combined force of pushing rolls 120 t were developed, mounted on independent suspension and rotating at different speeds.

Main technical features:

• Supports of bearings are swinging and self-aligning. One-way and two-way roll release up to 40 mm is provided.
• Due to the use of pneumatic rather than hydraulic cylinders, rolls are departed in the shortest possible time, because the air has the properties of rapidly decreasing in volume under the influence of external forces, which protects the bearings from destruction.
• The fine roller mills are equipped with roller shells made of high-strength tool steel. Roller shell thickness 120 mm, hardness HRC 45, depth of high-strength layer 120 mm.
• The original design of the rollers is applied, which allows the replacement of the roller shells not to remove the bearings from the roll, thus eliminating possible distortions during the installation and failure of the bearings.

Fine roller mills are supplied in a complete set including engines, hydraulic plant, bearing lubrication station, control cabinet, two flow devices, mass feeder, etc.
