KROCK 46 multiwire сutting system

The multiwire cutting system KROCK 46 consists of the following modules:

• One-string cutter AP3, which absorbs the bar from the extruder, cuts the bar of dimensional length and transfers it to the multiwire cutter using an accelerating conveyer;
• Multiwire cutter АР4, which adopts the bar from the accelerating conveyor, cuts the bar into blanks and transfers them to the feeding conveyor. The design of the cutter provides for the horizontal passage of the bar through the cutting frame, chamfering on the front side of red wares and cleaning the strings.

The modules are self-contained and can be delivered either together or separately to complement other equipment.

The pusher provides horizontal pushing of the bar through the strings of the cutting frame between the profiling rollers and transfers the bar to the feeding conveyor.

 Main technical features:

• The use of anti-friction materials on the working surfaces made it possible to exclude the use of roller and belt mechanisms in the construction.
• The measuring bar and the workpiece are sliding over the working surfaces, which significantly improves the appearance of the unlimited stretcher bond side of the workpieces.
• The constant speed of the pushers and the rigid damping of strings prevent the formation of a «wave» on the surface of the cut.
• The machine is equipped with a string cleaning system, which also provides a clean and smooth cutting, especially in case of high humidity  of the bar and presence in the mass of inclusions. All strings have a burst sensor that eliminates the use  machine with broken strings.
•  Chain gears are excluded in the design - motor gears, pneumatic actuators, belt gears are used, which completely eliminates backlash.
•  The simplicity of the design minimizes maintenance and operation costs and allows you to adjust the cutting of the beam to the blanks of any given thickness.
