The mixer MDC1-1000 is designed for uniform mixing and humidification of ceramic mass and other bulk materials.
In the mixer the mass is mixed with the mixing roller blades, mixed with water and moved to the discharge window.
The mixer is used in factories manufacturing bricks, tiles and other building ceramics. Can be used for averaging and mixing not only ceramic masses, but also various other bulk non-abrasive materials such as charcoal, sawdust, peat, drill sludge, etc.
The design feature of the mixer is convenience and reliability in operation, easy access to all units and a minimum number of «dead zones» in the housing. All blades are removable to facilitate replacement.
