SM 1096 fine-roller-mills

The fine-roller-mills CM 1096 are designed for fine grinding of the clay mass by crushing and rubbing the material due to the different circumferential speed of the rollers rotating towards each other.

Humidity of the mass fed into rollers – 14... 22 %, the amount of impurities of solid (uncrushed) inclusions with a compressive strength of not more than 150 MPa – not more than 3% of the total amount of ceramic mass, which enters the rollers; additives of fireclay, sand and impurities of solid (uncrushed) inclusions in ceramic mass – no more than 10 %.
