SMC 516 roller mills

The roller mills SMC 516 are designed for fine grinding of ceramic masses and other non-metallic materials (gypsum, spar and others) by crushing and wiping the material between rollers rotating towards each other.

The clearance between rolls is adjusted by moving the movable roll with the aid of thrust bolts.

To clean the clay adhered to the rolls, two scrapers are installed, which, using a system of levers and a spring, are pressed against the rolls without a gap.
