USM 50 vacuum extruder

Еxtruder USM 50 is designed to replace obsolete Soviet and imported presses used in plants with a capacity of up to 3 million pcs. conditional brick рer month.

Suitable for forming full-length products with voids up to 13% and hollow with voids up to 40% (void depends on raw material properties).

Molding tooling (ring, head, mouthpiece, core) is developed for each raw material individually.

Еxtruder is characterized by small size, high pressing pressure and easy maintenance.

The design type is a monoblock with one common drive to the mixer and screw.

Features of press:

• Еxtruder is supplied assembled (all units and parts are located on a common frame), which greatly simplifies the installation;
• Two-shaft mixer and press have a common drive;
• Side pressure in extruder head up to 3.0 MPa;
• The mixer shafts and screw shafts are replaced without disassembling the gearbox, bearings and sealing systems, which reduces downtime during repairs;
• A new solution of bearings of bearing assemblies of screw shafts and mixer shafts in which bearings are forced to be lubricated with liquid oil in automatic mode is applied.
